The hotel had a great variety of food, with excellent meals served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The water slides and kids club were perfect for keeping the children entertained. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with separate areas for the adults and kids. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even sourcing special dietary requirements. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities was impeccable. The bus stop outside the hotel provided convenient transportation to the city center.

We had an amazing time here. This place has the perfect location right next to the beach and the beautiful Mediterranean sea. The staff were wonderful, always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The range of facilities here was impressive with room service, car hire, dry cleaning and more. Our room was well equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning and a balcony. The lifeguards, including Sabina and Mikei, were so friendly and welcoming. The spa and wellness centre was fantastic, and the aqua park and water slides were great fun for the kids.
We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated on a long slope of grassland, providing a picturesque view of the surrounding area. it was conveniently close to both Coral Bay and the harbor, allowing for easy access to different attractions. The hotel also had a small beach where guests could swim or snorkel in a lagoon, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. the hotel had two main pools and a water park, which were free for guests to use, offering a variety of options for swimming and entertainment.
There was one negative aspect of the hotel that could have been improved. This could have been addressed by implementing better measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
